Where are you located and what areas do you service?

Our office is at 75-5706 Hanama Place, Suite 102, Kailua-Kona, HI 96740. While we are located on the west side of the Big Island, we can provide assistance to attorneys anywhere in the state of Hawaii.

How much do you charge?

This depends on scheduling, the nature of the project, and how soon it is needed, but it will most likely fall between $150 and $200/hr. Please contact us with details of your project for a more precise value.

What services do you provide?

We can be a virtual associate, performing legal research, drafting appellate briefs, writing motions, and other similar services.

What is your turn-around time for a project?

Again, it depends on the details (scheduling, type of project, how soon it is needed, time to formalize agreement, etc.), but as little as 48 hrs is sometimes possible.

What must be done to start a project?

Upon acceptance and after a conflicts check, we will send out a contract which will reflect the details of the project, and payment terms as discussed. Work will not commence until receipt of the signed contract from you, and any initial payment, if required by the terms.
